Babygirl we prayed for you and God answered our prayers. When I found out I was pregnant I was excited and scared. I knew that I wanted to be a mom but had no idea of what being a mom was going to be like. Not knowing what to expect was the most nerve wrecking part for me.
When they put you in my arms and took us out of the operating room everything and everyone around me disappeared. You were perfect and it was in that moment that I knew my life would never be the same and from that moment forward I would do anything to provide for you, protect you and comfort you.
Here we are 8 months later and you are the happiest baby I have ever known. Watching how you have changed and grown so much in this short period of time has been amazing. The first time you said Mama and smiled at me my heart fluttered and I got the biggest knot in my throat. You are our dreams come true.
There is so much Daddy and I want to teach you and show you. We want you to always love yourself and know your worth. Never dim your light to make anyone feel comfortable. You are one of a kind and when God created you he broke the mold. Always put God first and have faith in him even when you cannot see.
You are such a blessing and you fill our hearts with joy. We are so grateful that you are ours and we get to watch you grow and guide you.
