This sounds like a great supplement. I’ve been looking for a new probiotic. The one I have now is okay, but it’s not the greatest. This sounds like it really covers all the bases.
A probiotic and prebiotic combo is really the answer to gut health. So many companies ONLY focus on one or other but you need both. This is great stuff.
It is so important to use a pre and probiotic. For years, I only used a probiotic, but you have to have both to get your gut flora in proper order. I’ll have to give this a try.
